Tony Wilks Joins the Team

Pearce Construction is pleased to announce that Tony Wilks has joined our company as a Project Manager.

As a licensed architect and experienced construction project manager, Tony brings decades of leadership and expertise in all phases of preconstruction services, construction administration, estimating and project scheduling. His background includes holding key leadership roles within an architecture firm, in a general construction company and also as a building owner / project developer.

Prior to joining Pearce, Tony served as the Executive Pastor at Vineyard Church for 13 years. During his tenure, he was responsible for leading multiple church ministries and staff, executing five capital campaigns, overseeing multiple construction projects and implementing three new church campus expansions in the Northland metro area.

Tony’s 30-plus years of experience as an architect, general contractor and building owner allow him to have a multi-faceted understanding of the entire design and construction process and has gifted him to collaborate with architects, subcontractors and building owners to build teamwork and work humbly with excellence, respect, integrity, and trust.
